    Every tile is inspected for print quality and damage after production, before it gets packed.

    Ceramic is fragile, so we pack every tile with care. If something still goes wrong in transit, that's on us, not you.

    Arrived damaged or a print error? One email with a photo and we remake your tile at no cost.

    Every order is produced at the highest print quality. No upcharges, no decisions to make — it's simply the standard.

How the guarantee works

  1. Email us via support@yourdutchtile.nl with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  2. We review it the same business day. If there's damage or a print error, you don't need to send anything back.
  3. You'll receive a free replacement tile — or, if you prefer, a refund.
Good to know: personalized tiles are made to order and are therefore excluded from the standard right of withdrawal — see our return policy. This guarantee is separate from that: damage and print errors are always covered.

Frequently asked questions about the guarantee

What happens if my tile arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage by email and we'll make you a new tile right away, at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged tile.
What if there's an error in the print?
Is there a print error that wasn't in your preview? We'll remake the tile for free. Get in touch and we'll fix it right away.
Is HD print quality a paid option?
No. Every tile is printed in HD quality as standard — it's always included in the price, never an extra charge.
Can I return my personalized tile?
Personalized tiles are made especially for you, so they're excluded from the right of withdrawal. But if something's wrong with your tile — damage, a print error — that's always covered by our guarantee and we'll fix it.
