How it works

- You receive a digital preview of the design in Delft Blue style, plus a quote including your volume discount.
- Once approved, we go into production — 5-10 business days depending on quantity, carefully packaged and delivered to one address or per recipient.

Frequently asked questions from business customers
- From how many tiles does the volume discount apply?
- The volume discount starts at 10 pieces (5%), 10% from 50 pieces, and 15% from 100 pieces. Above 250 pieces we put together a custom quote. Smaller business orders can simply be placed through the shop.
- Can you put our company logo on a tile?
- Yes. A logo in Delft Blue style on real ceramic is one of our most popular business applications. A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS) or a high-resolution PNG gives the best result.
- Is invoice payment possible?
- Yes. For business customers we offer invoice payment with a 14-day payment term from the second order onward. The first order can be paid in advance or via iDEAL or credit card.
- What is the delivery time for business orders?
- For 10 to 50 pieces we allow 5-7 business days from design approval, and 7-10 business days for 50 to 250 pieces. For larger quantities we plan together with your deadline in mind.
