Ready-made: Christmas treeChristmas
Christmas gift: a tile for under the tree
The house smells of pine, the lights have been on since mid-November and there are too many plates on the table. Christmas is never really about what is under the tree. It is about who pulls up a chair, and about the chair that stays empty this year. A Delft Blue tile with a warm line is the small parcel that is still up next December: beside the stove, in the hallway, or right where everyone stops for a second.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need to order to have it in time for Christmas?
Production takes 24 to 48 hours, then the tile goes in the post. Order by December 16 and it arrives in time for Christmas. December is the busiest postal month of the year, so try not to leave it to the last day: that turns a €26.99 gift into a nail-biter for no reason.
Can I send the tile as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and the parcel goes straight to them. Would you like to add a few words? Add a card with your own message at checkout (€4.95) and we will put it in the parcel. With the photo tile you can also add gift wrapping.
Can the family name or the year go on the tile?
Yes. There is room for up to 6 lines of text, so a Christmas line with "The Bakker family" and the year underneath fits comfortably. The designer shows you exactly how it will look as you type.
Is a tile a good gift for the host?
One of the better ones. Whoever cooks Christmas dinner usually gets wine or chocolate: lovely, and gone by New Year. A tile with a line about the full table is still there next December, usually in the kitchen where it was earned.
Will the text survive in a kitchen?
It will. This is real ceramic and the text is fired into the tile, so it does not fade and cannot be wiped off, not even above the stove. If the tile arrives damaged, we make you a new one free of charge.
