Can I pick the same design four times?

Yes. Four windmills, or four different designs: every slot is its own choice.

Can I mix my own photos and designs?

Not in this composer: four designs go in the frame here. For your own photos, go to the photo tiles in a box frame.

As one piece: the four tiles are already in the frame, with a hanging system on the back. Unpack and hang.
