When do I need to order to have it by 14 February?
Production takes 24 to 48 hours, then the tile goes in the post. Order by around 6 February and it lands well in time — including when it ships to a different address. Valentine’s week is busy in the postal network, so leaving it until the 12th is more of a gamble than it needs to be.
Can our names or our date go on it?
Yes. There is room for up to 6 lines of text, so a line with both your names and the date you met underneath fits comfortably. The designer shows you exactly how it will look as you type.
Isn’t this too much for a new relationship?
That is decided by the words, not by the tile. "From your secret admirer" or "my favourite person" stays light and playful; "a lifetime, and then a bit longer" clearly says more. You type what goes on it, so the tone is entirely yours to set.
What exactly do you get for €23.99?
A real ceramic tile of 15x15 cm with your text fired into it — not a sticker or a print that fades within a year. There is also an XL at 20x20 cm for €31.99. If it arrives damaged, we make you a new one free of charge.
