Which photo of my car or bike works best?
A three-quarter view — front and side visible at once — in daylight, with the whole vehicle in frame and a calm background. Hard sun straight onto the paint blows out into white patches; freshly washed on an overcast day is ideal.
Can the plate or build year go on the tile?
Yes. Model, year or registration are painted in underneath the vehicle in the same Delft Blue style. Would you rather the plate wasn’t shown? We leave it off, or replace it with a name or line of your choice.
Does this work for a tractor, camper, boat or scooter?
Certainly. Any vehicle with character works: a Beetle, a 1962 tractor, a Vespa, a sailing boat or the camper you drove through France. The more recognisable the silhouette, the stronger the tile.
