Farewell at work
A farewell gift for a colleague: a tile with a saying
Years of the same coffee machine, the same Monday-morning jokes. And then your colleague heads off to a new job, or into retirement. A card ends up in a drawer, but a tile with a good line earns a spot on the new desk or on the mantelpiece at home. Personal, a touch of Dutch charm, and exactly the size of a lovely gesture. Pick a saying below or write your own, from you or from the whole team.

Frequently asked questions
Can we put our colleague’s name on the tile?
Yes. You type the text yourself, so a name, job title or years of service all fit nicely. There’s room for up to 6 lines of text.
Does this also work as a retirement gift?
Absolutely, a tile with a personal saying is a classic retirement gift. Think of a line about all those working years or the new free life ahead, with a name and date added.
How quickly can the tile arrive in time for the farewell drinks?
Production takes 24 to 48 hours, and then the tile goes in the post. Order a good week ahead and you should comfortably be on time.
Can we give the gift on behalf of the whole team?
Yes, simply add “From the whole team” or the team name as the last line on the tile. That way everyone shares in one lasting keepsake.
