Every tile is made only after you order it, then delivered by post. Here is exactly what that costs and how long it takes.
Shipping costs
Shipping is €4.50 for a 15x15 cm tile and €4.50 for the XL size. Order €50.00 or more and shipping is free.
The exact amount is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Production time: 24 to 48 hours
Your tile is made to order in the Netherlands. Within 24 to 48 hours of your order, your design is fired onto the ceramic, checked and packed.
Delivery time
Including production and shipping, your order usually arrives in Netherlands within 2-4 business days.

Shipping & tracking
Your order ships with PostNL or DHL. As soon as the parcel is on its way you receive an email with a Track & Trace link, so you can follow exactly when it will be delivered.
Packaging
Every tile is checked and gift-wrapped, so it arrives in one piece and is ready to give.
Arrived damaged after all?
Then we make and ship a new one free of charge; that is covered by our quality guarantee. Please report the damage within 7 days, with a photo of the tile and the packaging.
